Horse shot dead by drunken man. At half past ten on Thursday evening, the police were alerted that a drunken man had shot a horse to death. The man has been arrested and subsequently detained on suspicion of aggravated weapons offences, animal cruelty and vandalism. According to the police, the man had a connection to the horse.
